We have always demonstrated corrective exercise in our sessions but now to ensure you stay motivated and perform them correctly we will be able to send you home with your own documented personalised exercise plan that you can complete and bring back in with you for review.

Corrective Exercise Consultation Service
Often our therapists will recommend that you implement a strengthening and corrective exercises program for long term relief of your condition.

In the past we have found that clients seem to remember the exercises for a few days and then they forget, which then they stop doing altogether.

As all our clinical experience indicates that unless a person corrects where the problem is coming from, often the symptoms return.

At AB Myotherapy we are experts in designing a corrective exercise program to address your individual biomechanical and injury needs.

It may be a case of a one off 30 minute session where we can spend reviewing your posture and stretches, or some clients may wish to get together once a week in more of a 1-on-1 personal training session.
