Personal Training is focused on you and your goals. You are assessed for any injuries or ailments that may impede your progress then it is straight into the session. We have a fully equipped gym as well as boxing facilities so we are never short of gear to mix things up with.

PTPersonal training can either be 1 on 1 or if you have a friend or partner who would like to train with you then 1 on 2 is possible. There is also the choice of 30 minute sessions or 1 hour sessions.

It really does come down to what you personally want to do.
