Personal Training is focused on you and your goals. You are assessed for any injuries or ailments that may impede your progress then it is straight into the session.

We have a fully equipped gym as well as boxing facilities so we are never short of gear to mix things up.

PTPersonal training can either be 1 on 1 or if you prefer to train with a friend then 2 on 1 is possible.
